I have just obtained an AGA-S, now on my Vamo it reads 1.9 ohm. the taste and vapour is excellent, but when I try it on an fully charged Ego battery, I manage to get one hit and then the battery loses all it's power, the battery isn't dead because it charges up again and works fine on a Kanger T3.
Now I will continue to use it on my Vamo, but I'm just curious why it fails to work on an Ego, any idea's why ?

There is a small protection circuit biult into your ego, Im not sure that it is fully discharging but rather resetting itself, It seems a bit odd at 1.9 ohms that it would do this but they can be finicky devices. I never did use Genesis coils on an ego because its so easy to blow a device, I prefer to "bed" my coils in on a mechanical device before I switch it to an electrical device.

I thought the wire could be shorting out somewhere on the AGA, but on closer inspection everything seemed fine, it could be the EGO protection circuit like you say just being a little bit over protective, never mind I prefer the VAMO anyway
