It has arrived and so far after a few hours of use this gizmo is fantastic. I will be putting together a full review and hopefully if I can dig out my stand for the camera I want to do a YouTube video review for the device AND a separate review comparing the likes of my LT, Provari V1 and when (if the hot spring works) the VAMO.

I am more than happy to answer any questions relating to the eVic as I have understood all the features menus and PC software etc.

I am putting together a full written review however I want to see how long things like the "Samsung IMR" battery life is and a bit more hands on vaping experience to give an accurate review.

But so far it is a cracking piece of kit.

Kir Fanis has some great telescopic SS tubes for the e-vic, may just venture down that path

That is my thought over the PC side, but I can see for people who like to see statistics it could be good. From what I can see so far IF someone was looking at using this to vape to eventually quit vaping full stop (no way would I be) it allows you to see in black and white what you are doing from puffs to settings to changing tops. It is a tad pointless but I can see the idea behind the tech. I like the idea of being able to charge using the Micro USB port, useful as you can use ANY usb source to give it power and 90% of smart phones / tablets are standard with the micro usb.

I got one of these last weekend and I also love it! Just wish I could stop it going to sleep but apparently the next upgrade will include that option. Also not bothered about the statistics but I do like the fact I can quickly update it rather than getting stuck with an old version when the new version is better! I also love the look of it and it gives a great vape! battery life seems really good also

Sorry I have not put anything up yet. I really wanted to let myself have a full couple of days of solid use and so far I am pretty amazed by it. I have tried not to pick any of the over devices up which is easier said than done

Can’t really do much comparing with the VAMO as my one is pretty useless as either the spring is caput or it has a genuine fault. Just waiting to hear back from the vendor today. Very frustrating as I want to get stuck in with the VAMO.

But putting the VAMO issue aside this eVic is fantastic. And it is an eye opener how much you use it when looking at the statistics on the PC (not for the faint hearted if you chain vape as its right in your face with figures )
For the price however you can’t go wrong, very very nice to use. Would be fantastic in a SS version as this one is made from an ally construction.

Also the only other downside (which is going to be fixed in a firmware update from your PC soon) is the standby can be temperamental. I set my one to last 15 min sessions, so if it goes idle for more than 15 mins it switches off, however I have noticed it doing after only 5 / 10 mins. But be reassured this is just a software issue and will be addressed by JoyeTech.

Dont tempt me!, You can change the top with a nice SS one but it then pushes the whole thing into the same price bracket as a new provari!. And that would be saying if you just brought the "intelligent" part..
I decided to go with the full kit. But still it is nice and ally does beat nasty plated brass.

plus I like feeling ive just got a bargin using discounts that others may not
