i will try to be brief here! purchased lavatube kit xmas week from vendor on here, two weeks old and the 510 connector completely came off, no trouble replacing brill service from the vendor. I have had the replacement a week, using mini nova and boge f16 on it, changing tank this evening and centre pin and spring shot out, i carefully replaced both and screwed the boge on, i now have F1 error no matter what i put on it, im presuming the pin is now too far down and not making contact, gentle easing with tweezers isnt working, has anyone any experience of this happening? have i just been unlucky with two lavatubes? cheers andy

If its got a spring pin, you can unscrew the top cap and manually lift the pin with your fingers.
You will need to use something with a really good grip to unscrew it though, the 1st time you do it, it's a right sod to get off.

When attaching you atomisers you do not need to screw them up tight, this may be what's causing the problem.

If you are going to invoke your guarantee then just contact the vendor..Of course taking it apart is going to invalidate the guarantee. The sprung centre pin sits in a little copper tube which is soldered directly onto the motherboard..There is big silicone cap protecting the circuit with an isolator moulded at the end of it, and it separates the center pin from the body..That's probably sunk inside shorting the pin onto the body..
