I'm having issues with my Terminator. When I build a new coil I can fill the tank up to the top without a single leak. Once I refill it though it's constantly leaking so much so that I'm losing half the liquid before I can actually use it.
Any ideas anyone? I've tried vaseline on all the usual suspect places, can't think what else to try. There're no gaps between the metal joins, everything is nicely screwed together?

Also dee, make sure that you have enough wick in the side channels of that ceramic, it should = 3mm in thickness. If there's not enough then you can get too much juice travelling to the coil.

I think it's the wick that's causing it to be honest. Trouble is how do I rewick without recoiling? I don't want to have to recoil it every time I refill.
If I could work out how you do that z I would try it again, last time i nearly ruined the threads on my atty lol!

Why would you have to re-coil it every refill ??? Just do a complete rebuild making sure that you use 3mm of wick in the side channels and if you cant do the z with the wire, try wrapping it around the bottom of the wick. Trapping that wire under the locking ring was designed out of Odysseus in version 2 due to leaking

Think I've sorted it. I've taken the wick from the channels and replaced it with some fresh 3mm wick, left a small amount of the old wick overlapping so it should still soak the juice up to the coil. Will see how that works now I've not seen the v2 Ody will have to have a look.

i'm probably barking up the wrong tree, but don't you just turn the drip tip part to alter the wicking .....

Try this next time you do the coil - I use 2mm wick - but at the coil I use two extra pieces of 2mm wick so where the coil is is 6mm wick total. the rest is basically the same as Scott Bonner does in his Odysseus tutorial video. I found that 3mm wick down the side channels was too thick - caused dry hits from poor wicking and was cut to pieces when putting the locking ring on into position. Oddy V2 ceramic holders will go right in there are easier to set up and take 3mm wicks - so that's always an option.
But I don't put the one wire between the lock ring and the base - that caused too much leaking for my liking - so I wrap that two times around the wick itself and ensure it makes contact with the lock ring when in position and then tighten the lock ring down as much as I can.
I also replaced ALL o-rings - put a teeny bit of Vaseline on the base o-ring and added a small M4 nylon washer of 0.8mm thickness between that o-ring and the base connector to provide a bit more tension for the seal.
Any leaking then will be from the wicks - and if you have stuffed the channels at the top with the extra wick as recommended only a really thin juice and the fluid control too far open will produce a gurgle now and then...
