Inspiration Needed

I now have everything I need to begin my journey into DIY mixing, except for the concentrate. All I've ordered is 20ml RY4, which should be here tomorrow. I've been looking through hundreds of recipes & also ready mixed flavours from all the vendors, to help give me an idea of what I want to mix. I am still basically on tobacco flavours, because that is what I like, hence the RY4. I chose that, because it has a hint of caramel.............but I want a bit of variety, but also want to keep it basically towards tobacco. I'm not that keen on going down the fruity, dessert road yet, although, I may order some capella custard, as everyone is raving about it & I have actually tried it & liked it, although I couldn't make any such like flavours be an all day sort of vape. I'm trying to think what I could add as a hint to tobacco flavours, just by way of making them a bit more interesting.........maybe nutty, caramely, vanillay..........confused from Barnet............ .........................My present tobacco vapes are RY4, Flue Cured, USA Mix & HS Storm

I don't know what flavours you have Chris but if you have coconut add some to flue cured, or you could try cherry and vanilla, I going to with my next tobacco mix. Dave

I've just made a butterscotch tobacco and I'm quite surprised at how nice it is. You could also try some variations with the RY4 like vanilla Y4, banana Y4 etc.

I've been trying to mix my own juice for the past few months with all sorts of ups and downs, and I feel like I'm getting to my own all day vape.Simple, not sickly sweet and not overpowering:

10% Virginia (from various places, lately I favor the FA one)
3% Vanilla (FA nice, CCW is good and cheap)
2% Walnut (CCW is lovely)

When my taste buds are gone or I feel I need a change of flavor, I simply drop 1 or 2 drops of other flavor (like Capella VC or Capella Blueberry) concentrate into my tank with my Virginia/Vanilla/Walnut 'base'. The effect of the 'new' added flavor wears off after about 10-20mins of vaping, my palate is refreshed and I happily carry on vaping my base liquid.

Just a suggestion, obviously the combinations are endless...

Thanks guys. That's given me a few ideas.........As a footnote, I have some 24mg 70/30 Flue cured winging it's way to me. If I want to 'oomph' it a bit with any concentrate, am I right in saying I can add a few drops of flavour concentrate? I know it's trial & error as far as amount of drops/% is concerned.

Can someone remind me who CCW are?.........I've looked everywhere for the abbreviation............

Chris if you fancy trying to make your own menthol I can send you some menthol crystals , and my own basic recipe ( it includes a dash of vodka )
