Oh Irishcas huuuuuuuge well done. I did the same 3 weeks ago . I stopped smoking 4th November and the weight started creeping on and as I'm a big girl anyway, joined SW 3 weeks ago. Never thought for one minute I could give up the stinkies and lose weight. After weigh in this morning I'm now 1/2 a stone lighter so chuffed. Keep it up my friend and dee yes your right I'm 61 and its harder the older you get but never say never

cough your not the only one lol me to, but then again will say my eating habits are questionable lol either forget to eat, have a sarnie or 1 meal for the day but do have habit of drinking way far to much coffee,about every 30 mins and i am not joking only time i dont drink much is while at work,yet i am nearly 14st and 5ft 7 .......BUT

A few yrs ago there was a story about a woman who had not ate anything solid except fruit and liquids but was proved to be as healthy as anything ,so the Doc tried it and came to a conclusion that we are basic same as a plant we just need liquid and vits[fruit] and vit D[sunshine]. and if you think about it go to adam eve times ,only water and fruit.......personally it was caveman that discovered meat and i bet that was the first bbq,stumbled across a dino cooking on a volcanoe lava,starving hungry smelt got a bit and thats why we now eat meat lol my way of thinking any way

its the other way around for me , since starting vaping i have put weight on , vaping apple pie and custard makes me want to eat apple pie and custard lol
