Menthol Qs

I've just taken delivery of 100g of crystals and was planning on mixing it with some not so strong flavoured liquid I already have here, but ...

I have read some threads on mixing crystals that say to mix with pg however my liquids are pg/vg. Is this going to be a problem ?

Also I have also read that to get that cool hit I need Koolada/cooling agent (I've seen it on cloud9) Surely menthol in itself will give this cool hit. Is it really necessary for the Koolada to be added too ?

my plan was to add the crystals to some pg/vg liquid and use it as a concentrate to add to other liquids to get a cooling menthol hit.

I'm no expert but I can't see why adding it to pg/vg wont work.

As for koolada try it with the menthol and if it's not as 'cool' as you'd like - invest in some koolada. It's not a 'needed' ingredient

the crystals will dissolve better in PG ...the small amount of the crystal mix you will be adding to your juice wont effect the VG/PG ratio by much

also worth noting that you wont need to use much crystals and warming the PG will help with dissolving

FYI Koolada should be added 1 drop per ml to start then add more if needed, but you don't need a lot.

I bought some menthol crystals that I dissolved in some PG that I use a flavour rather than a direct vaping liquid.

Will do Vic .. Just need to get some cooling agent from cloud9
