well I know for a fact everyday 13 year old kids (and others) are going smoke ciggies and ilegal stuff on the back of buses but do you see ciggies being banned, or lighter being banned? Nope.... crazy.

It sure is BS, Jake that's the sort of crap that's going to come out,
they are playing the public to get them on side.
If a reporter states he heard that report then he should have said where it came from,
I have all ready said it before I have never seen a 13 year old kid with an e-cig
in his hand I have seen many kids under 13 smoking cigs and have seen them puffing on a joint.
no kid at that age is going to do his so called street cred get damaged with vaping on an e-cig.
