I think I vaped non-stop last night cos my kit had only just arrived, I ended up feeling quite queasy! I did drink a few glasses of water after that was suggested but I woke during the night with a raging thirst and I doubt my mouth has ever been so dry! It most definitely dehydrated me, I've been more cautious tonight and feel absolutely fine although I've made a point of drinking water all evening. I'm guessing how frequently we vape eventually becomes second nature and settles down naturally at a level that suits This is only my best guess though!

Phew! It's very tempting to see it as the never ending cig... so I've had to put it on the table so I don't find it in my mouth again and again and again. Lord knows I'll be back to square one when I get my new flavours in the post most likely tomorrow

Hi Karen

I only started last week and great to see you're doing so well.

I filled my clearo with menthol and then decided i prefer cherry. took me days to vape it and then i just added the cherry to the clearo and i just had cherry with a tinge of menthol.

I put different juices in the other cartos but unfortunately I mainly ordered Baccy flavoured ones which i'm now not keen on. Karma reckons if you add a bit of menthol it will kill any dud flavours.

Although I have lots of juice left i want a few more clearos so will be ordering some more juice samples tomorrow
