My ego c4 has started to make a gurgly sound.
When I pull on it it seems like liquid is coming out
what do you think it might be

Probably some liquid got into the centre tube, it will likely disappear, or you can remove it from the mod and blow through the atomizer into a tissue to clear the excess.

Sounds like you have got juice down the central "tube" try blowing it out -i.e. remove from battery hold a piece of tissue over the thread end & blow from the mouth end

And! Don't forget to clean the battery connector as well, it's probably got juice on it.

Some of that moisture may have been condensation, especially if you have been vaping outside in cold weather. A quick clear-out (as above) will sort you out!
