Just registered here and wanted to say a quick hello to everyone. 

I'm VERY new to the world of vaping and have been trying to read as much info on the subject as possible today. I found this site through my Google searches and it seemed a good place to settle.

I've been smoking for over 25 years and have had multiple attempts to quit. Most of the time I only manage a day or two before I'm back to square one.
I'd heard of E-Cigarettes before but just put them in the same camp as nasal sprays (which I'd tried before without success) rather than a long term replacement. A few days ago a friend told me they had seen someone using one who said they has been using it with success for a few weeks and this peaked my interest.

So, yesterday morning on my way to work I bought a rechargeable '10 Motives' cigarette with some cartridges as a tester. I used it all day at work,which was much better than having to stand outside in the snow lol. Then used it most of the evening (although still had a few 'real' ones) and have been using it most of today. 
It is giving me a decent buzz but they taste isn't the greatest to be honest. Still, it had done enough to convince me that vaping could be what I was looking for so today I read up more on the subject (and my options) and have ordered a Vision Ego starter kit.

So, just two days in and looking forward to getting my new gear. I hope it's not long before it replaces my smoking completely.

"Each refill is equivalent to up to 25 cigarettes". Umm, no, that's not true. 20 Marlboros or roll-ups are going to offer 20mg at least. 1 x 10 motives refill with 16mg is going to offer.....about 8mg or so.

Right, these guys are on my hit list too. One day, trading standards will get the lot of them.
