No idea Matt . . . but I wouldn't deal with a Vendor who doesn't display full contact details which includes a telephone number anyway.

If it's been a time and your friend funded the purchase via PayPal, I'd consider opening a dispute.

It was paid for via paypal so we may have to open a dispute, its just a bit of a let down when you pay and hear nothing then send them an email and still hear nothing.

Poor way to run a business!

Beeman - I think you might be right, judging by some of the Engrish used in their descriptions! A massive range of juice at good prices, but £11 for postage - you're havin' a joke!

Its a week on since my OP and still nothing via email or even a suprise delivery, so now's time to start a dispute with paypal.

I have used healthcabin a couple of times, takes about 3 weeks slow boat from china, but i tend to buy more from the vendors list, at least they answer your emails, 99.9 % go the extra mile to sort out the problems if there r any

Just an update, It has arrived, as people suggested drop shippe dfrom china, oh well alls well that ends well but he and me will not be using them again.
