Welcome and well done on quitting.i was on 40 a day myself and feel great now,although only recently quit.Its hard to believe that vaping actually works as i was very cynical about it.....but well here we are.Nowt better than a pat on the back,nice one.

Hiya Alan and welcome,
Im a similar age to you and had tried all the things you had to stop smoking, the longest I ever lasted was six weeks. My Daughter told me about e-cigs, I said I would give it a go but didnt for one minute think they would be any different than all the other things I tried, how wrong I was, from getting my e-cig I have not touched a fag since:)
