Bought two Panasonic 18650 batteries and they have been on charge now for over 8 hours, is this normal?

On a 420mah charger, a 2000mah battery will take almost 5 hours (mathematically) and probably more than 6 in reality. Does your charger have a mah rating on the side? How "powerful" are your 18650s? |

If you charge both batteries together it takes twice as long to charge as 1 on it's own
