Figured this one out of necessity If your air hole doesn't line up on the o-ring and screw aga-t's nothing to worry about Just don't screw it on tight (snug but not tight). Line up the air hole with the SS wick.....and vape.. O-ring seals it Sorted

or get some wet n dry sandpaper (400 grit) and sand it for a couple of minutes... Hey presto hole lines up

O-ring seals it Sorted if you feel that the draw is feeling tight get tip of one blade from nail scissors and push in hole and give a couple of turns,the hole has closed a bit from being buffed up and theres a bit of swarf left behind

The two I'm useing were only a 1/4-1/3 a turn past and like johanino just don't tighten them right up, works fine for me!

Wet it then place the bottom of the cap on the wet & dry & run it back & forth to take enough off it evenly, so that when the cap is screwed on,the air hole will line up perfectly with the wick hole

Yes, wet the wet'n'dry a little. put a drop of washing up liquid on it. lie it on a flat surface like kitchen work top. span your hand over paper to hold in place and rub the top cap over it vigorously for a few mins giving the cap a little turn every now and again. I had 3 Aga-t one was 180 degrees out and the other 2 were approx 45 - 60 degrees out. I lined them all up and it took me no more than 15 mins to do them all.
