well mine was carried over from the previous formation of the site
there it gave ya an option to re-size..think the largest was 100x100
i have not seen the new avatar section but i assume there is the same option to do likewise

I don't think it's banksy but I can see what you mean. Made me chuckle and I've been looking for avatar for a few days now. Useless if you can't read it tho...
