For coiling t3s & vivi novas, 0.16 is even better! I'll probably get a bit of both. I might actually try some 0.25 as now i've got the winding 'mastered' I reckon I could rebuild a quite nice 1.8 ohm coil with about 6 wraps.

I've finally got it sorted with 0.2mm Kanthal. (My confusion all stemmed from the US videos where they use 0.3 AWG rather than metric ) Anyway, they rewick quite easy. 4 or 5 wraps of the 0.2, a wick made from either 2mm silica or 3.5 silica and then a couple of offcuts on the top. They are a bit of a sod with that little bung that everyone mentions but I found once you've done 2 or 3, you can get it in quite easy with needle pliers and a pair of long-nosed crimpers to do the final push in. These T3s are better rebuilt than when they come new in my opinion. No leaks and a lovely taste.
