Just back from a vape

Only day one but feeling v positive. Not been bothered by the stinkies at all. Still feel like a smoker with the vaping but I suppose if I manage to steer clear of the stinkies then technically I will be a non smoker.

Have kept up the water drinking but have had a dry throat at times. Does that go off as you get used to it? Does it mean I'm vaping too much? Or do I need to lower my nicotine level?

I reduced my nicotine levels very quickly.
Just go with whay you feel is right for you.

Hi nbee. Glad you're enjoying vaping. It can go up and down so don't stress if you do cave in and have a cig, it's not all or nothing. It's worth being aware that the cravings don't completely go away, so be prepared for some to hit at some points.

That dry throat is something I had and it can last for a while. Try to take some sips of water/tea/your preferred liquid straight after vaping. It passes, but it can last for a few weeks unfortunately.

No cravings for the stinkies! Lots of vaping, enjoying my 4 flavours and looking forward to some arriving in the post this week.

I go and have a vape and can't help smiling to myself and thinking wow!

RY4 is my fave at the moment. After dinner I like caramel.

I've got RY4 in 18mg which can feel a bit harsh on my throat. Friend has RY4 in 8mg which is nice and smooth but doesn't quite 'hit the spot' so I've ordered 12 mg (along with 5 or so other flavours!) It's all about experimenting at this stage I guess.

I've not tried a RY4 yet, but like you many others seem to like it a lot. So another one for the list.

Let us know if 12mg hits the spot too, although I do seem to enjoy a harsher hit on the throat.

Yeah experimenting is more than half of the fun ain't it?

I'm doing great thank you nbee, experimenting with different flavours and just discovered a fruit flavour that's got me very excited. Still not touched a rollie, although had a minor urge to the other day which quickly went away.

Still loving the Riva.
