I set up an AGA T2 last night, 2nd attempt of coil worked, the first had a hotspot between last coil and centre post and broke, I realised I was putting too much tension there so coiled it then pushed the wick closer to ease the tension. It seems to be performing good but Im puzzled that the resitance reading from the Vamo keeps changing. It ranges from 1.6 to 3.2 Ohms every time I use it. Is this normal? I thought it would be constant.

It's because your wick is touching the center post..
Loosen the nut and nudge the wick slightly away from the center post..
