I'd carry on using ff if I was you for everything, IE is such a PIA and almost every website as to be coded slightly different for it to work fine on IE although all other browsers are good. If you like the look of IE you can get loads of themes and addons with FF that will keep you happy.

Yes Mev, I know the general consensus is anything but IE, you see that posted on just about every forum for anything, when there's a problem posted the reply is always ditch IE, but some folk still prefer it & I'm one. I don't need themes & addons, I would just like to be able to use this forum. And, as there is only a problem, for some unknown reason, with this forum after the upgrade. I've updated FF, but I'll only be using it for here.

I understand Jess, what I mean though is every single website/forum etc as needed some extra work so it'll play nicely with IE. Every coder and programmer out there is sick to death of the browser. So when you say it works fine on anther site someone as had to sit and work out a way for it to in several different places within the code specifically for IE, it's a waste of time imo.
