need some help on hay/grass taste

Hi all
after 3 months of making my own 90% of my tobacco flavours taste of hay/fresh cut grass no matter what I do.only ones didn't was Cuban supreme
probably easier if i tell you 1st what i have tried.
steeping: yes some for 3 months
vape wizard:yes in 30-40%
bitter wizard:yes in 50%
sweetner:yes in a few
increasing flavour:yes
most flavours come from FA's
nic base is from pm as are pg and vg

Any helpful hints or ideas appreciated,and to say they are vapable but no where near vendors tobacco ones
just to add the 1 or 2 fruits I made seem fine

Lol,
I feel your mixing pain, i have the same problem,
Dv virginia=hay (20% & 10% steeped 3 weeks+)
Fa Golden rollie=hay (5% & 2.5% not steeped yet going from small sample)
Ry4 legend=flowers (6% & 3% not steeped yet going from small sample )

All my fruits etc are fine,
I did have tw red label tobacco this didnt taste like hay and in fact was quite nice, i think im gonna go and get some more.

The strange thing is my dad who still smokes thinks they taste fine ???

Sorry can't help but I'm sure someone will be along soon to help you out I thought it was funny to see someone talk about hay and grass this week and not include a horse joke sorry I'll go away now

nah, I tried all sorts, I am thinking flavours,trouble is I can't get on with any juice made using real tobacco leaves,it actually gives symptoms I had when smoking.

My kids thought it was well funny when i said it tasted like grass, they were saying i must have eaten grass to know what it tastes like lol, little buggers

It's funny you should say that. I got a large bottle from a vender, and lets just say that smell was rather strange not unlike an earthy smell or even as you said hay. I've put it in to smaller bottles and steeped them they do smell better but can't bring to taste it now

I started mixing my own juice in October 2012, sold it all in December 2012 due to needing some money. Anyway, I tried a few tobacco concentrates from FA and PA and they all smelt and tasted like perfume no matter how long I steeped them, no hay, grass or straw though

I made some of my own tobacco extract last week and tried it straight away, it tasted and smelt like cold tea so I'm getting somewhere lol. Even though only 4 days have passed by I tried it again earlier tonight and now it's like cold tea with a dash of hay I added and little Capella Apple to it which transformed it into cold tea with a dash of hay and some apple LOL. It still needs a least 10 more days to steep before I try it again, if it's the same then I will give it longer, and if it still remains the same then I'll bin it. Fingers crossed it will be stunning but I don't have think it will be some how, it's also a LOT of work to produce it, but IF it steeps into something with some wow factor then it'll be worth the effort.

I think I will order some of this TW red label tobacco as I've seen it mentioned as being alright by a couple of people.
