Hi all, smee again with yet more questions My order of 2 rebuildable clearos and 2 Grizwald juices came this morning ( super-fast service as always from Vapeescape ), but I don't seem to be getting on with either, I don't know if it's a juice problem or clearo, so any help would be appreciated. I ordered Arctic Cherry and Banoffee Cream and the rainbow clearos, one for each juice. I just can't seem to get the same vaping experience as I do with Grants Vanilla Custard in a normal clearo. Firstly,I hate the arctic cherry although I kind of like the banoffee, but I'm not getting much Vape with either, when I inhale theres a small amount of vape but when I exhale nothing comes out? Theres almost no throat hit at all. They also both seem to leak a lot? Is there a difference in vaping with a normal clears and the rebuilable ones? Could it be the juice causing the Vape to be less? So far I'm not liking any of the other juices, nothing seems as nice as the Grants Vanilla Custard, but I'm almost out of it, got about 1ml left, and to my horror, Grants site is down so I can't order more! . I've had to top it up with a bit of Virginia juice, it's not too bad but not ideal. Do different clearos and juices normally differ that drastically? And does anyone know when Grant will be back? Thanks everyone.

Smokey what resistance are the clearos, and what battery are you vaping them on?

Spiky fridge, I'm a bit scared to tighten them too much, because that's what knackered the centre-pin in the last two I did that too, so maybe Im Just not tightening them enough ???
Onedayillquit, I'm using a riva battery, but I've no idea what resistance the clearos are, they are the rainbow rebuildables from Vapeescape , I didn't even know there were different resistance types? Shows I've got a lot to learn!

Yep could be. I have 1.8, 2.4 and 2.8 but I have no idea what they mean! See if you have a 2.4 and try that

OK. The sciencey bit. The higher the resistance of the atomiser, the higher the voltage needed to produce enough heat to evaporate the juice. A 2.8 head is higher resistance than a 2.4 or 1.8 head. A Riva battery starts out at around 4 volts fully charged and the voltage decreases as the battery is used. Put simply, a 2.8 head on a Riva will struggle to produce as much vapour as a lower resistance head. I suspect your original clearos were lower resistance and so gave more vapour.
