I am a one-device guy at the moment - I have a Vamo, and it does just what I want it to do. True, it is big, and even in 18350 mode it is quite a handful (oo-er, missus!), but at £25 which is what I paid for it, I really don't care how damaged it gets, although I must say it has survived a couple of drops and 3 months of day-to-day usage quite well. I must admit that I can't see why you want to sell a top of the range device, just because it is a bit big. It would be cheaper to buy a new jacket with larger pockets, and you will still have the Provari! Go on, use it and grow to love it, and don't worry about the size (I'm sure there's a lewd joke in there somewhere, but I'm going to stop now!). Andy

hi Andy,
Its not about size, it just so nice, I don't dare take it out or keep it in my pocket with other things that will damage it. I can see the quality and the benefits of the provari, but I just won't really get the use out of it, making it an expensive ornament. Looking for something a bit more everyday.

Harlequin welcome to the forum.
Why don't you keep the Provari for use at home and buy a smaller kit for use out and about.

Reckon you need a vamo, does the same thing but cheap as chips, and it don't matter if you lose it, like I did with the P. You lost a Provari??? OMG you must have been gutted Bluefish.

Why I like the Vamo : 1. In 18350 mode it's virtually same length albeit a touch fatter than a Riva/Ego. 2. In 18650 mode it lasts all day long. 3. At around £25 I'm not scared of scratches from keys in pocket (even though I do keep it safe). 4. It fits with ALL my atty heads no problem. I find with the older style bottom air flow Nova's it gives a better draw than a Riva+collar. 5. The Variable Wattage makes the resistance of coil a moot point. 6. Built in volt meter lets me see how much charge I have left. 7. I LIKE to draw attention to my vaping, both to convert smokers I know and to be challenged by "The Establishment" 8. VV/VW is perfect for tailoring your vaping, some juices just taste better with more power through the atty coil. 9. Firing button placement is perfect for me, I prefer it being placed under my middle finger. I could probably go on, but won't for now . It is most definately my best buy so far, not discounting my initial Riva kit which started my vaping journey of course. Mono

I have a new Provari mini (with extension cap) and I'm underwhelmed. I have switched back to using my Eqo Twist which I find more reliable. Going on my one week's experience of the Provari, I wouldn't recommend anyone splashing out a load of money on it. Sorry, Harlequin, if my comments hinder you recouping your losses, but I think it only fair to let others know when something might not live up to their expectations. Also, I think that if you splash serious cash for something functional you shouldn't be afraid to use it.

IMHO, sell the Provari if the money could be better used elsewhere. For some people, vaping is the way to avoid smoking, for others it is a hobby that WILL cost you a fortune. You won't make a huge loss on the Provari, they have a good reputation and there is always demand for them.
Buy a Spinner or Vision Twist. Both are excellent VV devices and you don't look like a muppet with a truncheon when you take them out of the house!
