I suffer from Colitis, have done for years. (Still worry it'll turn into something nasty one day. ) Anyway after I switched my bowels seemed to have improved. Don't know if it's the increased water intake or what, but not as sore and I don't bleed as much either. Sorry, maybe a little too much information.

It's a bodily function Ewol . . . we do seem to have a reluctance to discuss them, but we all have them. Good to hear your Colitis seems to have improved by vaping, it's an unpleasant condition to say the least, hope the improvement continues for you.

Improvement wise since packing up the cigs are plenty.....
Every winter I always get aches in my ankle and knee that I put down to cold weather and Arthritis.....
The weather has been very cold over the last 8 weeks I have been stopped smoking......But NO aches at all in the ankle & Knee
I'm putting it down to better blood flow to the joints
My reasoning is I used to have problems in my elbow (Plasterer) ...So I went to the Doc's and he said it didnt help that I smoked which cause poor Blood flow.....I dismissed it as I thought he was just getting me to try and stop Starting to think he was right
Just my thoughts

Hmm, this has got me thinking - I used to get dry lips in the cold weather and wind, both of which we have had in an abundance over the last 2 weeks. No sign. Around November time I would start to get itchy patches on my legs, torso and arms, which have not appeared to the same irritating extent as in previous years. Has got me wondering if this has something to do with either better circulation or lack of reaction to something that was in the tobacco. I do still have bleeding gums, but I have a love/hate relationship with my dentist. I love to hate visiting him. I think my records have been consigned to the bin after years of lack of use! I do brush regularly and use a mouthwash, but have no desire to visit him (if it's still a him!) until I really need to! Andy ETA: Oh, and my bowels are fine now, thanks for asking
