In my opinion it's better to ask an french pharmacist. In France they are trained to know a lot more.

Oh I agree Mutu. Over the last 15 years I have had all the prescription and non prescription NRTs, pills and potions and none worked for longer than 18 months.

But I did stop with Skycig over the period of a month and then continued on them only for another 2 weeks before my Vision 1000 arrived.
Once I have been vaping for longer than 18 months, then I will consider Vaping to be a success. Until then I am on "a suck it and see" mode.

Update
After 2 weeks on Amlodipine for mt high Blood Pressure, I went back to the doctor to day to see how I was faring. Bearing in mind that my BP was 200/100 3 weeks ago, my reading today is SOO satisfying - 140/80!!
I'm just relieved that the drugs seem to be doing what they should, and that I haven't suffered from any side-effects so far.
Long may this state of affairs last!

Thats what they put me on, just tested it now, 153/85. Which is down a lot.

i must admit i also have episodes when i feel my heart is jumping through my chest especially when its bed time, do you think it could be overvaping in the evenings?

To be honest I never even knew I had high blood pressure, it was picked up when I changed doctors at the new patient check up.
I felt fine then and I feel fine now, what a fuss

I can't help you with that raw but I do sometimes think I vape too much in the evenings my head buzzes before bed lol. I put my ecig away about 30 mins before bed now.

Always best to get a check-up at the docs, it will give you peace of mind if nowt else.

At least you can now tell your doctor that you no longer smoke tobacco. That should make them a bit happier anyway!
