Terrible dry cough

Actually Perps, after keeping off my SD for most of the day my throat feels much better. I think I need to limit myself a bit, I tend to vape constantly, so I think a break in between like I would have when I was smoking is needed. LOL

Lol, that's good Dee . . . . occasionally I find certain flavours or a bit stronger juice than normal can aggravate my throat as I do tend to be welded to an ecig where possible . . . . maybe it could be that as well?

Could it be these bad LR901s that have caused your cough Dee?After one day of using these things i developed a dry,deep cough and tight chest.I felt like a smoker again Ive now gone back to my map/clearo tanks and am fine Just a thought thats all.

It's not those Ian, I only used one until it died, I haven't used them since. I think it's the PG that's causing me problems, I'm going to get some VG to mix with and see how I go.

I'm trying to use less and less nic so I'm weakening my juices right down.

But now I get froggy throat alot~

A very sensible idea Dee.I use 100%PG and must admit that it can give me a sore throat if i dont drink enough water.I need to cut my nic desperately but i find that only 36mg PG juices are strong enough for me If ever i couldnt get this strength anymore i would have to stop vaping,even 24mg is now to weak.Im gonna have to start making more effort to cut the nic.

ive been vaping since jan 10.
i have had only one minor cold since and no coughs at all.
i do get a sticky throat occasionally.
last tuesday i started to get a cold in the throat (ive never had one before), this has developed into a cough as well.
on a morning and 2 or 3 times a day im having to bring it up (not a nice subject i know).
this probably a coincidence but started straight after using the new em attys.
ive not changed flavours apart from the very occasional use of the em pg base juice mixed with the menthol crystals.
im not apportioning blame but im not the only one.
i do in the last 10 years since moving to norfolk get a bit of a bunged head i assume due to pollen but its not like this, more a sinus headache which clears off with a few cheap pills.

Both me and my dad were the same after one day of using the latest batch of LR901s.My dads cough was worse than mine and sounded like a smokers cough.After changing back to the good EM LR901s he is alot better.I am to after going back to my tanks,they really have done somat drastically wrong with this last batch.

I must admit to getting the occasional throat irritation. Nothing serious or that lasts longer than a couple hours though.
When i first started vaping, that is in the first week, i got very dry throat. I think your throat evolves to whatever you're hitting it with now...lol. It just takes a little while to get used to it.

Good valid point Del.I must admit that in a morning i always cough for the first toot on my e-cig.I love vaping early morning,best strongest hit with a nice strong coffee to go with the experience.Your body certainly can mess up your vaping somtimes and its so frustrating.

Coughing in the morning was the nearest I ever got to exercise. Don't cough now, so I must re-evaluate my regime.

when i first started vaping i got a sore throat (i even started a thread)
as a newbie you try all sorts of flavours,mixes etc
but i only vape fruity juices now cough gone but i think its because my body has adjusted

My cough is getting worse, it's so bad now that I'm struggling to vape anything
