Yea I get what you mean del
Like I've said before if I didn't buy the health e chances are I would never of started vaping so in that respect I can't knock it For some reason I just feel like I'm missing not having one of the better models if you get what I mean,
Funny you say that in your last post I got a brand new astra a few week back lol

Lol don....do you NEED the astra ? Or would a matiz have done ? good mpg....lol.
Getting a better model does help you relax into it all a bit more. As i said to you before i could get quite concerned about wether or not the battery was low or if the cartridge was nearly empty. But then again since first chatting to you i've had the odd chugg on my health e cig (one of them has been left set up in the kitchen) and i've been surprised at the amount of vapour. The throat hit isn't as good but that might be cos we got some dodgy cartridges. But it still performs well.

No definatley needed the astra lol I know what you mean about worrying the battery will go or the cart will run out that really concerns me, last night the battery went and I ended with a real ciggy in my mouth, id love an e cig that lasted a full day with no worries, Hey I know what you mean about the dodgy carts iv had a couple, I find if you push the cart fully on then you loosen it slightly so you can just about see the metal underneath then try having a chug on it, works every time for me

Hi Don and welcome!
Just now curious to know how far you want to quit- is it the cigarettes only or the whole lot ie. nicotine too?
hmm.. just want to remind that vaping IS highly addictive : )

It's funny- when i first got my e cig i was sucking like a madman trying to get a decent lug out of it. Then turning to mrs and saying mmmmmmm that was good. I was sucking my face inside out with trying. Then i covered up the holes to get a good lug. Took me two days to realise that it's a slow, light, long drag that gives you top result.

To give up the analogs you need all your bases covered and only having one e cig with limited battery life is leaving you a little exposed. That's where you have to decide wether or not to upgrade or get another of what you've already got. To cover all the angles.
Don't forget Don...this is war youre waging against a powerful enemy. Leaving your flanks exposed is weakening your chances of ultimate victory. And giving food to your enemy

Great idea mate. Take your time. You'll make a wiser decision that way.
I think once you go a couple of days without an analog they will taste foul to you. Then you're really on the way.
I rushed into my upgrade a bit.
All the people on here will tell you what they would recommend if you were to ask.
Mix their opinions in with a bit of your own research and bingo....you will have done well.
It really is a shame that you can't test drive an e cig...like you probably did with your Astra.

Yes...i think it happens (quiiting). I don't think the two things, smoking and vaping, go together very well at all. I think thats how come so many people that try and keep the two going end up going one way or the other. They normally end up vaping. But i'm sure that some go back to smoking.
What a gift to get someone. The means to escape the clutches of smoking.
Has your wife noticed how much better you smell ? .....lol (did i really just ask that )
