Isn't it bizarre to think only a week ago you knew nothing about e cigs. Yet now you're familiar with terms that a lot of people wouldn't know what you're talking about.

I feel like i've been vaping for a long time. It's only actually 4 weeks........nuts.

Welcome curtisdon glad your getting the hang of it and congrats on the dramatic cut in those cigs, you did make me smile when you mentioned your 'first' cause it's true you really don't forget.
Also the smell ....yes you must be able to not only smell other cig users but also notice the smell on yourself after having one, it's amazing really.

Keep enjoying and as you have noticed there are some very experienced and knowledgeable people in here that just love to help out, tis a warm and friendly forum, put your slippers on and relax with a nice flavour

It's funny you should mention feeling calmer . . . I always said I smoked because I was 'stressed' but since vaping I feel considerably less so . . . my sleeping has improved dramatically, such was my cigarette addiction I'd wake three or four times in the night to get up for a fix . . . doesn't happen at all.

This is a very friendly site so glad del told me about it, everyone seems really eager to help, at least I know were to come with my questions when I am ready to get my upgrade,
perpetua I was exactly the same my sleep was terrible, I'd wake up thinking about cigarettes and I'd have to smoke 1 before I went to sleep or I'd be tossing and turning all night, I'm proud to say last night was the 1st night as far back as i can remember that I didn't have an analogue before i went to sleep, I did however smoke the hell out of nearly a full cart to keep the craving away, but hey its better than a ciggy rite
