I wasn't overly keen on gvc, have you tried it with coconut before or will it be a first?

I used 10% of CCW custard and 8% PA coconut and it's getting darker as it stands.

I may have to smooth it out with a few drops of Dulce de Leche but will see how it goes.

I had a sample taste last week and it has a pleasant bounty like waft over the tongue on the exhale.

A work in progress I guess.
