The internet order form/receipt should, I believe, be a VAT invoice but even if it is just an order, that coupled with your credit card statement showing the payment would be sufficient. Actually as long as you can prove that you made the payment via your credit card, you don't even need a receipt, though companies will not tell you that and would prefer to make you jump through hoops in the hope that you will give up! You can take it as far as you wish, culminating in County Court action but they will still try to get out of it until they realise that you are determined at which point they will normally cave in.

Update: Got off mr arse and rang UK e-cig and I'm going to email them again with a more detailed explanation of the fault. The guy I spoke to stated they would contact Provape with a view to a replacement. We will see, but mods, please close this ad for now.
