Can't see the relevance TBH! ??? Except for codeine, it's well known for giving this, err, problem! Anyone who's bunged up, either call a plumber or get some Movicol. I recommend the 2nd option! It can be bought over the counter, but it's not cheap. It's cheaper to get on prescription. Laxido does the same job and is even cheaper, (prescription only) so a Dr. might give a bigger amount. It's an osmotic (softener) powder, dissolve in half a mug of water and drink. |

But, what is normal ?? Who sets the standard for normalcy ?? If everyone walked around with a bucket on their head and you didn't, would they be considered normal and you, not normal ?? I think that the standards that define normalcy, need to be explored and discussed further. |
