And yes Perp some of the chemicals in analogue cigs are muscle relaxants which is why you get the urge to go when you smoke them.

If anyone has trouble in that department that "fluids" doesn't cure - chuck 3-4 stoned prunes* in a bowl of muesli , have that for breakfast every day. Chop 'em up if you can't bear to chew them. *Sainsbury's do lovely ones in a foil pack, H&B do lovely Californa prunes in tubs but they don't do them on special at £1/500g any more (do they Perpie? I've lost touch since hermitry took over  ), but they do have other stoned prunes. I reckon that peeps who don't like prunes must have been brought up on tinned ones. scylla |

We've the California ones on half price offer atm Scylla . . £3.49 instead of £6.99 for a 1kg bag . . . blummin lush they are too, ready pitted and lovely n soft. I've sold loads of bags. One of my fav puds as a child on a Sunday lunch time was tinned prunes and custard, although I had to have the prunes seperate from the custard as I didn't like my food being mixed up together.   |
