More banging on about my Vamo fault sorry in advance.
One thing I cant decipher from the Vaprbreak main website, is whether they refund postage on faulty returns. It will be around £10 (depends on who I use and if its tracked) to send mine back, which is 50% of purchase price. I am STILL waiting for a response to emails/pics and have raised a Paypal 1st stage resolution case to see if THAT prompts a reply. I do realise they sell at a small profit margin in comparison to UK vendors who have to cover their import taxes.
Question: Do UK Vendors just swallow the cost of a faulty item or have a better chance of a return/communication to wholesaler. I guess I am asking this question to the likes of Jason VE and others who deal with a lot of stock, but any smaller vendors or those with experience of this feel free to comment.
Thanks
Mono

Have you tried a bigger spring. or tried it in 18350 mode to see if you still get faults?
When i use a certain 18650 battery my Vamo always flickers on and off. But in 18350 mode its solid and never shuts down etc.
My Vamo does not heat up but it does have a tiny spring, ive just ordered another so i shall see what happens

Yes, tried 2 18350's that it came with , and 2 18650's Panasonics (brand new)...Same result. The fault existed before I had the 18650's and at first I thought it was the cheap batteries that came shipped with the Vamo that were causing the issue. It is definitely a device issue, I'm just waiting for some kind of reply from VB before I decide to take it apart myself.

I was on vapourbreak earlier and Min was online so he was around

Thanks Mono We return faulty products to China every 3 months Mono. It's very expensive to do it any more often than that. We arrange it all in advance and agree with each supplier exactly what is being replaced/refunded. Pretty straightforward really.
