I know if you buy the same flavour self manufactured juice from different vendors there can be a big taste difference,but does this apply to same flavour Hangsen liquids from different vendors.

It can apply yes. Its best to buy from a vendor that sells Hangsen juice which is factory bottled as some mix their own and can be quite different, EG. Safercigs sells factory bottled/sealed Hangsen juice.
