Just the same as a regular 510 cart.

Skip to about 6 mins for filling.

You should of pmed me paul I'd of seen this post straight away then.
If you google ecig cartridge filling their should be loads of YouTube vids but basically remove the filler from the cart and fill it three quarters with juice and put the filler back in, tweezers are a good idea if you have some, once the filler is back in top it up with juice to the top and put into your atomiser and that's it.
You could use your clearos on it aswell

Mine arrived this morning! using a normal tip thingy!
Not ure how to use the drip tip ???- my friend says you just put a couple of drops in and sort of shake it around - do you not get the tuff in your mouth though?

No you use a drip tip which has a straight through hole to the attie and just drip a few drops through it onto the coil and puff away.

Not sure were the shaking around comes in though, was she dancing at the time ?

No not at all H but just remember to keep putting a few drops on ever few puffs, it's one of those trial and errors that you will figure as you go along as it depends on how many puffs you take and how long you draw on it.
Remember to clean the attie out once a week and give it a blow through if your flooding with to much juice

When I drip I take my drip tip off to avoid juice getting on it, then drip about 3-4 drops straight on the atty. Put the drip tip back on and puff away. Simples!
