Until I had to put my cat of 18 years down, not only did the tears come but unfortunately the cigarettes.

Hopefully in time it will get easier and get back on track. I have to say I'm not beating myself up about it, fingers crossed it's only temporary. I'm not smoking as much as I used to, but it's a shame I've gone backwards

Yeah, I'm kind of at the stage where I don't care if that makes any sense. I guess I'm just worried that vaping alone at the moment isn't really doing what it used to. Hopefully when things get a little easier I'll have a different mindset. It's just so hard, it's been nearly two weeks. Our pets are like our family aren't they! very sad but I know things will get easier in time.

aw nooo, so sorry about your cat lozzy. My oldest is 16 and i cant bear to think of losing him, huge great sympathy xx
