I don't have one either, but have tested a couple. Thankfully the Mrs wants an A1 instead.

That is a bit sad. However, as a fan of both makes, I approve.....(I think). Personally, If I had the £30,000, I'd buy the Toyota and spend the money making someone's life a little better. It makes we wonder why some of the mod makers don't do the odd posh (unique) "one-off" and ask £1,000 or something. Either keep the money, or send it on to someone else, Robin Hood style.

Because it's over a certain age (4?), Audi don't want to invest any more time trying to fix it. They offered him a £12,000 P/X on a newer one. He's taking them to court - he'll lose.

Im quite new to vaping but the one thing i have noticed since moving away from the cigalikes is that a good portion of the vaping gear i have seen is overpriced tat from the far east. I watch a review on facetube and it will be going along smoothly until the point of "the threading is not good, the device gets warm and if you dont put the right MAKE of batteries in it might blow up, and im sitting there thinking WHAT.

There is a lot of snobbery in vaping. Some points are valid (a device getting too warm is not good), some are picky. If it works and stops you from smoking then it is good. If it's cheap, even better.

Oh they do djs This one is unique and originally sold for €600 If you're interested I could get it for you for less than that There are a few others in a similar price bracket that are also unique, or made in very small quantities.

Yeh good points ash, i only posted this because i have been looking for an UPGRADE (if you can call it that) from an ego kit to something "Shiney" but you watch a review of something you may like and then it puts you off because it may not fit this tank ETC ETC (BETTER THE DEVIL YOU KNOW)

There are a lot of people posting shiney things (myself included) and it can lead to mod envy. Consider your needs and try to pick stuff within a budget, try to pick stuff which is compatible across all your devices and is not proprietary. Post any purchase considerations and people will advise. In this day and age money is hard to come by and every next purchase is always worth a bit of scrutiny.

Thanks ash, i will stick with y on this, i am normally very good with purchasing but this vaping has got me, I think mainly because a lot of this vaping gear looks good on the surface but it seems like they are using 1980s technology inside em, i had a clock above the rear view mirror of my mk3 escort that was better than the display on these pv's lol

I suppose that in a lot of cases that is a personal answer.

Yes largely agree ash, i just think after a short time vaping and looking at the kit out there, it is very overpriced for the tech the Far Eastern nations are using to make these PV's. This is just my personal opinion but i wouldn't sell a lot of this kit that comes from china at a car boot sale. So my personal answer to Bluefish's thread is a BIG NO

Again I say don't knock the Chinese. They made the first e-cig and they have dramatically reduced the price of some quality gear by mass-producing it. Just look at some of the mods and attys that have been obtained on group buys here. Stunning value and quality.

No i'm not knocking all tech made in china, i have some exceptional Far Eastern tech that is fantastic (i'm using one now) but the vaping gear in general is not good. I'm sure that as time goes by it will get better (Just like smartphones have etc) but as of this moment i'm unimpressed

It`s the middle of the night I`m reading these posts, and to my amazement I agree with your comments. I now (will regret later) be putting my SPHEROID V2 and limited edition GP PICCOLO V 2.5 along with foam, `fluff` wire, and spare bottom plate with 510 connector for SPHEROID in the for sale section. I have enjoyed the fantastic vaping results from this set up, but as an OAP on limited income, I must now recoup some of my `shiney` fever expenditure. So later today Sunday 17th March, I shall place it. (may have problem putting the photo`s on the thread, not very good at down sizing the photo`s to fit). Will be offering the whole package for £125.00 incls P&P. WILL NOT SPLIT this sale. Will be sorry to see them go, but needs must. jeffc
