In essence, an e-cig is nothing more than a battery with a juice holder and coil on top. You can spend £200 on a Provari, which is really quite expensive, but how ridiculous does it get? Is there somebody out there who makes hand-crafted mods out of pure unobtanium encrusted with lovely shiny diamonds? ???

Only one in the world like this. Its a maple Provari. The owner won it at Vapefest last year and he claims someone offered him £1,000 for it on the same day. I wasn't there so can't verify that. He came round my house a few months ago with it so I grabbed it off him lol and took this photo of it.
