I have ordered some stuff from here but has not turned up 20 days wait the tracking number they gave does not exist on the trace system. How do you contact them I have messaged through the site and sent emails but as yet received no reply.

i find that first thing in the morning at about 6:30am our time he can be found online and will talk to you. if u have tracking number then i wouldn't worry too much ,its on its way

I have been mailed a tracking number but its not showing up on any of the track and trace sites and my shipping note on my account has no tracking number in it.

I've been sending mails for 2weeks trying to return my faulty Vamo. Not had an RMA number issued for return, just auto reply mails saying my mail has been recieved. I have raised a PayPal dispute now, see if THEY have any better luck getting a reply.
It's cheaper from VB sure, but thanks to Sadie of UKEigCabin I have a Vamo to use and this one has been put together so much better its miles apart in build quality. Just unlucky I guess.

I start work at 06:30 and just do not have the time to sit and wait for someone to answer, I have tried a couple of times on days off but been several customers down the queue line. I mainly post from my iPhone as the work firewalls will not allow the chatbox to work. If they do not answer to Paypal then at least I should get a refund sorted by the dispute case. I have stated in all my mails to Min that I am happy with all the other items I have had from him, but the Vamo is faulty. I have even sent pics of the error code on screen and it shutting down as proof. I would happily just put it in the mail and send it back, but with no RMA confirmation as per their instructions I may aswell just put it in the bin as they could claim they never received it. Mono

Hi Mono, sorry for your problems mate. All I can say is keep trying, there have been many problems with Min`s communications, but one thing I will say, it does get sorted eventually. He isnt dishonest just a totally crap communicator. On the plus side, he has taken that on board and is currently training 4 new staff but it takes time. He WONT claim he hasn`t received it if he has received it. The one thing that has stood out above everything else is that emails are a bit of a waste of time, that will change when the new staff can be trusted to deal with them properly. I would advise you in this situation to go the Paypal route, that will always grab his attention as he doesn`t want to fall out with Paypal, it`s crucial to his online business.

Also there's a thread robbie posted if I remember correctly about which sites to use to track deliveries from china, this works with vapourbreak as I used it myself. The track site I was sent in the invoice email was useless.

Stopped by the Post Office at lunchtime. To send it back will cost £7.98 or £13.13 signed for. I can't find any 100% clear details as to who pays the return costs for faulty items. The ONLY part I can find that makes sense is that for 1st time buyers the only option is a refund...not replacement. It has really put me off buying from VB to be honest, which is a shame. I do not want to sit here and throw muck at Min as I'm not that kind of guy, but he REALLY needs to get his act together for when things go wrong. Mono

I know what you mean, darned expensive to send back. Go for the Paypal option mate. If you can get your money back that way then you should go for it.It may prompt him into action. You`ve been unlucky though, so few of the Vamos get a fault like yours has. The electronics have been pretty solid in the Vamo.

Oh I realise its unlucky, just glad to have been "bailed out" so to speak by Sadie. Can't thank her enough. Also, just want to make clear I am NOT suggesting Min would be underhanded about receiving it, but with no RMA number it could easily be lost. Yes its "only" £25, but thats a half-terms worth of drum lessons for my son, or 2 weeks of school dinners for my daughter etc etc. I am not in the habit of just throwing money away, even with the 1p off beer Thanks George , the next round is on you Mono

I know it's a pain when things go wrong mate, but I wouldn't be too put off with Vapourbreak. I've passed on the info about their Vamo deals to dozens of friends and everyone of them as been really happy with their transactions, after getting over the tracking fiasco lol. You've just been one of the unlucky ones unfortunately. Hopefully he will sort out is CS to a better standard in the future, I guess though it's always going to be a little more difficult with being China, just the language and time differences cause a problem alone.
