HMR tax rebate email - SCAM

just been sent one of these and looks very convincing with their heading and logo and all.
they dont use your name or NI number so dont click any links in the email.
the amount they say is owed is not an unbelievable figure either.

remember HMR will only contact you by post !

Ah tax rebates, I remember the days when you always got one, and in a brown envelope that had money in it .

i think i would have fallen for this but i had the brown envelope with cheque attached whoop whoop! a few weeks ago.
the figure i was quoted in the email was £267 so, like i said, not unbelievable
