Why dont you PM him (he replied in your other thread) as a last chance for him. Your contract, when you purchased, was with ukecigstrore.com and as others have said, it is their responsibility to organize the repair, although you may need to cover the postage back to them in London. If you get ignores as many others seem to from him then do a charge back under the section 75 of the consumer credit act, I think, via your credit card if that is how you paid. This normally concentrates the mind a bit.
So many people get palmed off with "you will have to get in touch with the manufacturer" but that is not the case. The contract is with the person you paid and that is ukecigstore.com.
