Trying to work out whether or not to return my E5 error riddled Provari to Provape for a warranty fix, but I'm struggling to work out how much the shipping costs would be. Has anyone on here ever sent one back to them?

I haven't had to send a Provari back . . . though I sent my Darwin to Brandon for a new battery, that was just under £11.00 for International Tracked Shipping. He got it within the week. What email dealings I've had with Provape, they've been swift to respond and very helpful. If that's any help to you Tom, sorry you've had bad luck.

They were pretty quick off the mark once I managed to get the vendor who sold me it to contact them. It's not a massive problem as I've actually got 2 Provaris. If I can ship it for less than £20 it'll probably be worth it for the resale value! Cheers.

First things first, will the vendor send it back, is it in the warranty time?
When I got my provari back from the states, full import tax was payable, mine was paid by vapist vapours who I bought it from ( he was really good), but apparently it didn't need to be paid as it was a return for a repaired item.
So if the vendor won't pay for it to be returned, then make sure provape mark it as a repaired item (DYOR and make sure the wording is correct)

It took UK E Cigs 3 weeks to contact Provape. I don't see them being forthcoming with an offer to return it for me to be honest. It's less than 7 months old by the way.

Ouch Tom . . . they really ought to be taking responsibility for your defective device. But you know that.

It's less than 7 months old by the way. it's under a 12 month warranty and you bought it from a UK supplier, they are responsible, at the worst you should have to send it back to them. That's my view. Three weeks to contact Provape is a joke, Provape reply usually straight away. This is the generation of instant communication. UKe cigs need to pick up their game by the sound of it.

I've emailed UK E Cigs them stating my wish to return it to themselves under warranty. No doubt I'll end up ringing them again when they fail to respond.

Forgive me if I am mistaken Tom but this quote from you on 15th March in the Vendor review section here stated:-
Finally getting somewhere with them regarding my faulty Provari. Two apparently ignored emails and one phone call finally led to an angry email yesterday and hey presto- I've now got a returns label from Provape. Communication is not UK e-cigs strong point.
So now I am confused by your latest post above.
Would you kindly clarify this anomaly.
If I have miss-understood the situation then I apologise.

Interesting. I think I was clear, the vendor eventually responded to my query regarding my faulty Provari and contacted Provape who sent me instructions to ship it back to them at my expense. This thread was an attempt to find out how much this would cost, but led to more than one person stating that the vendor should bear responsibility for this. Sorry for not checking my phone for several hours.
