on the vamo, the connection is sunk so i need an adapter to bring the screw bit up to attach clearos on. what is the adapter i need?

its made sunk lol
the clearos have a skirt on them so dont fit. but i like using the novas with an adapter due to then not unscrewing the tank and dumping the juice.
its just to give me some leeway on the connection

they are CE4's and rebuildable ones but dont you find you unscrew the tank and not the base when removing it?
