  I looked at this forum through the posts for advice before buying my first e-cig an choose VapeEscape Riva 1100 kit.
I couldn't believe how quickly it posted out to me! Mega fast postage and delighted with it.
I have bought some e-juice from Vape escape now as i was using a juice i bought at the local shopping centre where an e-cig stall is set up.

This forum helped me loads as a newbie.

I bought the sweet ones from VapeEscape, cotton candy and chocolate and such, i also bought lambert and butler juice from Puffin here in NI, it's not bad at all but dying to try the sweet ones.
What an amazing thing this is!
I'm the only one in work left who is a smoker, i just love this!
VapeEscape is very fast at posting too.

Thanks so much to everyone on the board, it's a fantastic place for beginners who have no idea what to buy, how to clean them and so on, just a wee scout around before i joined and i'm one of you now! lol.

lol i haven't put it down so far.
I bought the high strength juice, wasn't really sure which to go for. I was almost a 20 a day smoker.
Has everyone successfully given up the cigs here?

Most of the regular posters have!

Not everyone gave up the ciggies straight away though.  It takes time to find kit and juice that totally suits you so no harm in still smoking a few in the beginning!  Count the ones you don't smoke, not the ones you do!

I think most of us have done pretty well! I got my ego kit in early January, had 3 cigs on day one, 4 on day two and none since

One thing I would say is keep an eye on your nicotine levels. If you were on 20 a day and have started off on the high strength juice, you might find that it's too strong. I was 20+ a day, I started on 18 mg or thereabouts but quickly cut down to about half that. You'll know after a few days
