No, Amazon have not changed their policy. However, Amazon don't like being told about products that infringe their codes. That's why when you contact them and inquire, they do nothing.
I have bought blatant e-cigs to their attention and they aren't interested in my word over that of a "seller". So, I've given up.
I don't care if they do or don't, but it annoys me that "items" slip through the net. One rule for all....etc.
