Good news and bad news.

Don't have pnuemonia, but my COPD has deteriorated and still have chest infection. I have also got to have an urgent liver and kidney scan as repeated wee tests show very high protein. and could well be linked to the back pain. At least i don't have to go into hospital....YET!

That is good & bad, isn't it? I hope they get you on the right AB's for the chest infection & ASAP, Dolly. now, that the scan shows nowt to cause them to drag you kicking & screaming for a wee holiday. Sorry about the awful pun!

Only just seen that you're not well, Dolly - sorry to hear that and best wishes for a speedy recovery - you have to get better in time for the next meet! Seriously, hope they sort out the protein issues and the chest infection - keep us posted - hugs!

Jo, i would have to be knocked out to miss the meet.

I do feel bad sometimes offloading this stuff on here, but it is very cathartic doing it in writing as it saves me talking about it in the real world and boring people to death... LOL At least doing it on here people can just click off and ignore me

I don't know how I missed this news about your recent bout of illness dolly, I am on here every day reading the latest news from everyone.

Hope everything goes well for you in the tests and the docs will then know how best to treat you ( with kid gloves) and kindness and make your stay in the hospital as relaxing and as positive as can be.
