New To Vaping E-juice Strength

if you are new to vaping take time to consider the strength of e juice you require before spending loads of money on nice flavors

i myself  am an exception to the rule
i smoked between 50 and 60 roll ups a day and i now vape 4mg nicotine 
granted i vape around 10mm e liquid a day  so that's 40mg of nic
around 2 packs of smokes
i vaped 8mg for the last two days and had the shakes and a bad head really got a buzz out if it this morning lol
first time Ive had a head rush on e juice
also people need to now it takes around 15 to 20 mins to take effect not 30 seconds like a real smoke
so before you no it you have already overdosed thinking well this 24mg is crap i need stronger

don't go diving in and buying 24mg e juice
sit down and work out how much you smoke how often they vape ect
i Chane vape so went for a low nic content
but some one who only has a few puffs every hr may need stonger

if you have 24 mg nic then 1 mm of liquid ie 1 cartomizer full is aprox = to a pack of smokes some think like benny hedgehogs or Lambert's
this is only aprox as we dont no the true absorption rate of vaporized nicotine

its all a bit of trial and error until you find what suits you and your habit

they must be silk cuts lol

I on the other hand smoked approx. 20 rollies GV a day and had to go up to 30mg, but only vape between 2-3ml a day. I have now gone down to 24mg and find that too strong sometimes.

Didn't realise it could take so much longer for the nic to enter your system.

ther are loads of variables to take into consideration as well
im no expert
but exhaling through the noise allows more nic to be absorbed
apparently the longs don't absorb much at all not like smoking its your mouth and noise so you can just hold it in your mouth like a cigar and blow out
also you absorb much more nic from smoke as the particles are smaller there is a percentage (cant remember smoking killed my brain cells )
i some times use a stronger nic on a morning then back right off once ive found my level and just top up all day on really week solution
or if its a stressful time at work i keep some 24mg handy muhahahahahah

 you have to also think how much vapor your producing how much you are actually atomizing it really is trail and error
a small cig a like 3.7 bat with 2.8ohm cartomizer will give you around 30 puffs but how long is a puff ? i can take a 10 second drag or until my mod cuts off  so i would vaporizer around 5 times more than the person on his small cig alike taking a 2 second drag
dose this mean i take in 5 times more nic per drag !! i have no idea

Two of the 2,500 extra chemicals in cigarette tobacco, namely Liquorice and Chocolate, when burned, relax the airways muscles and thus allow the cigarette smoke to reach further into the lungs. It also allows more smoke down.
Thus more cigarette smoke will be absorbed than Vapour from an E-cig.

Other research has shown that only 60% of the nicotine in vapour from E-cigs is absorbed into the body.

Any decisions on what nicotine strength that you should be taking, must be taken over a period of time and with due consideration as to the effects that strength is having on your body, remembering also that different stress levels that can be experienced each day, will also have an effect on your needs for more or less nicotine intake.

My average consumption is 3.5ml of 24mg e-juice.
However if I know I am going into a stressful situation, or I know that I will only be able to grab a few quick tokes from time to time, then I will have an e-cig with me of 36mg e-juice.

If, in the future, I start to experience signs of nicotine overdose, then, and only then, will I look towards cutting down the strength that I vape, but, from past experiences, I would consider it foolish to decide to cut down just because others are doing so.
To cut down before you are ready to do so, could lead me to believe that vaping is no longer working for me and the obviouse course of action after that is to return to smoking.

perfect example
every one is dentifrice i vape 3 times more than lobeydosser if i vaped 24mg i would be in hospital
so basically find your own level don't believe you need 24 mg or even 36mg just because every one ells vape's it
equally don't cut right down or you will end up back on the analogs

Wow i must be on super low nic. I vape about 2ml a day at 6mg
