So the Skycig came today, a few drags on it and i know vaping is for me, so i've ordered and ego battery and charger. and i'm going to order an evod and some liquid from either ukecigcabin or charliesvapeshop, as they're liquid prices are cheap, and i'll probably order an extra battery and some coil heads for the evod next week.

 I'm thinking of trying ry4 first as i know it's popular, how strong is the caramel flavour? and i can't find the pg/vg ratio for it.

Also does anyone know the PG/VG ratios for the Skycig cartridges? so i can get an idea of flavour and hit.

I've never seen a ratio published for Skycig cartos, but given the poor vapour I suspect they are mainly PG.
There are many different RY4 tastes depending on the make. Where are you looking at getting it from? Most decent juice vendors will publicise the ratio

I can't help with skycig, I would presume mostly PG.

As for RY4, this is always a can of worms. Like asking for a recommendation for a loaf of bread. White, brown, granary, sliced etc.

I have enjoyed plenty of RY4s. However, they vary more than any flavour I can think of, along with the "tobacco" liquids.

Best to order small samples at first. There used to be a thread *somewhere* with a massive RY4 round-up, but i.i.r.c. they were mostly American liquids. I know toby at ivapour has a few, including some less/more sweet ones. I like the plain wizmix (ecigwizard) RY4 and Grizwald GY4. I suppose the "safe" element to RY4 is that if you have 10ml and vape 1ml and don't like it, someone will swap it with you.

ah, i thought there was just one ry4. i'm finding e-liquid very overwhelming. yeah i got the £10 Skycig deal. Do you know of some good vendors that are good for e-liquid and also sell Evods? so i can cut down on postage. The RY4s on ukecigcabin and charliesvapesshop both just say RY4 from Dekang.

Congrats on moving to the ego Danny, I started with a skycig. As mentioned RY4 is such a massive flavour clusterbuck. Everyone has had a go at replicating it, some are good some are fecking awesome. The best I ever had was Tobys 50/50 mix from ivapour elixir. I think its changed to 75/25 now. It is a little expensive. For price I find that the mix your own ry4 from healthcabin is nice with a drip or two of dulce de leche in it with high VG mix is SOOOOO GOOOOOD!!! As cash is a problem this month I have been on the ry4 intense from vapourworld. If you PM me your address I will send you a little to try if you want. its quite low Mg tho.

Thanks, how low is low mg? does a higher mg effect the flavour? these Skycig ones are 12mg and i'm not convinced they're quite strong enough, so i'm thinking i'd prefer 16 or 18

Because I vape low I find the higher the mg the less I taste but I think thats just because Im coughing my guts up and gasping for air

I will put a drip or two of planinum ice in it so I can up the nic a little without diluting the juice. Name your mg

I too started on Skycigs. 12mg, then I started filling my cartridges with 18mg e-juice. Then went onto the Vision 1000 kit and upped the mg to 24.
I still use all e-juice at 24mg although I do have some 30 & 36mg "for special occasions".

Hells no, or I would still be vaping them

Now you have switched your pallet will change, in my case it was quite a lot. I stopped putting so much chilli and salt in my food and eating out is a joy again
