My OH screwed the nova on too tight a week or so ago (she didnt know bless ) which pushed the center pin down to a point where it wouldnt pop up without using a screwdriver to help. I cleaned it many times by using a small flathead screw driver with tissue on the end working it around the edge of the pin, hoping it was just gunk clogging it up, but it just wouldnt free up. Well today i FINALLY managed to open it up and get the head off. Great, i thought, ill just pull the the PCB out (where the button/LED is) and just work at fixing the pin from the inside. First i tried slowy pulling the plastic edge of the pcb with pliers....SNAP....the plastic edge came off. No problem i thought. It's not needed for function. Then i tried pushing at the remaining plastic edge at 2 small gaps either side of the head. No luck. It just would budge. So then i tried putting the screwdriver inside the head and working at prying out the black plastic arc/cresent shape of plastic on the inside....then suddendly i hear a quiet pop and burn my finger ..idiot... The ego proceeded to turn on an the light wouldnt go off so i grabbed it and was just about to run into the kitchen when the light went off. With a little hesitation i clicked the button....the light came on. Did 5 clicks...light went off. Maybe the short circuit protection had saved my ego.. So i put it back together and tried a clearo in it thinking it was alright.....nothing The LED works and it turns on and off.. but i think i've fried part of the PCB as it just wont fire up If only that little pcb would have come out freely.. Oh well...least they're only £5!

I'm going to just give it up as a bad job...for how much they are at paradise vape i've just ordered another. I guess i can keep the battery for a spare when one of my others starts to loose charge quickly. Least i still have my new twist and the other 650mah, it's just nice to have one extra, just incase!
