Never been a red wine fan myself , must have been the cheap nasty stuff I have tried that had put me off, but anyway as it happens I bought some chocolate wine from sainsburys just before christmas for someone and thought I would buy myself one just to give it a try as I do like chocolate, and to my surprise I did enjoy it once I learned to savour the flavour, the chocolate taste came through at the end, think it was just over £5 a bottle and yes I would buy it again .

I had a go at home made wine and beer very nice to,a pub that never shuts it got to the stage I would bring the barrel in a couple of days before so it would settle and be convenient by the pc and I wouldn't move for hours :)I tried the same with the wine would just bring in 2 bottles so not to be greedy and end up getting another and would end up in a right mess. So gave up with that silly game and regained a few brain cells as the shop shuts and if I run out of plonk end of story no more being greedy.

Are you storing it for a minimum of a week first in a dark cupboard and taking the cork out every day or so before trying it ? missed this one, Oh yeah definately Ash, always do that I may have to get a wine kit and make some, it's been a while since i last did it, wine usually turned out better than beer
